Acupuncture is a treatment approach based in East Asian medical practice that helps relieve blockages and restore appropriate energy flow to allow optimal functioning of your body’s systems (including the nervous, endocrine, digestive, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and reproductive systems). Acupuncture is an effective therapy to help relieve your pain and promote a profound sense of well-being.

Movement is an integral part of your journey to good health and will be a cornerstone of your healing and self-care for the rest of your life. Movement includes your activities of daily living and any exercise you engage in to become strong, flexible and resilient. Movement also includes activities that allow you to relax and experience joy. We will help you find what feels right for you.

Last, but not least, we will discuss what lifestyle changes may benefit you. We’ll leave no stone unturned to help you figure out where you can create change, letting go of old habits and inviting in new ones that serve you better. This can be challenging, so having a coach at your side can make all the difference.

Setting goals early in our collaboration and assessing your progress are the basis for your course of treatment. You will decide when you have reached your health goals and when to set new ones. We will be your sounding board.
